The commercial life of our company started in 1974 with automotive spare parts distribution, as of 1998 the company incorporated with representatives of many foreign brands important in this sector and in this direction became OES and OEM supplier, foremost Tofaş Oto.
Getting distributorship of big foreign companies like Corteco S.r.l., Corteco GmbH, Corteco S.A.S, Emer Group our company started to expand its business field, besides started contract manufacturing of sheet parts and formed pipes in order to meet sheet part requirements of foreign companies which were suppliers of the main automotive manufacturers and so the company achieved first manufacturing experience in this market.
Along with all these activities going on, feasibility studies started in 2006, were completed in 2009 and our company decided to perform manufacturing by rotational technology for automotive main industry and moved to its own manufacturing facility of 2.750 m² closed area in Nilufer Organised Industrial Zone.
With the beginning of 2010, making a Know-How agreement with the Italian ITR Group, who had been utilizing state of the art technology in manufacturing for more than 35 years, our company completed the investments quickly with this support and in a short time managed to occupy a reliable and important position in the market where our company was designing and manufacturing for automotive in particular, agricultural, marine and other industries.
Our company abilities were crowned with ISO/TS 16949 certification including Co-Design by TUV NORD and by getting a Q1 quality certificate from Ford Motor Company our company became the one and the only corporation having a Q1 certificate in Turkey and Europe and second in the World.
Lastly, our company has engaged a new facility with 3.500 m² open / 3.000 m² closed area again in Nilufer Organised Industrial Zone and increased the Rotational manufacturing capacity by 35% utilizing the new equipment pool.
